Your primary responsibility will be to build products that will delight our customers. You will work closely with our co-founders to ensure that our platform is both functional and beautiful, while also providing guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team. You'll leverage your experience in building and scaling SaaS products and AI-driven conversational platforms to write high-quality and scalable code using Python, AWS, and other cutting-edge technologies.

App0 is an early stage company building an enterprise platform for automating workflow using messaging. This is our second company after we successfully exited our previous business for + figures, and we have raised our seed round from the same investors who were early backers of Google, Salesforce and Uber.
Responsibilities
• Designing, implementing, and scaling the core infrastructure of our Enterprise SaaS platform, ensuring it can support our growing customer base.
• Developing and deploying highly available and fault-tolerant systems that meet the demands of our enterprise clients.
• Collaborating with other engineers and stakeholders to identify technical requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
• Mentoring and guiding junior engineers, providing technical leadership, and helping to develop and grow our engineering team.
• Leading the development of our SDLC processes. Participating in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality, reliable code and systems.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise, and providing ongoing support for our systems and platforms.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in building Enterprise SaaS platforms
• Have deep understanding of enterprise concepts such as multi-tenancy, SSO, RBAC, workflow automation etc.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Strong communication and collaboration skill
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern web technologies
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
