Responsibilities
Gather and understand user requirements
Design and develop the solutions which are scalable
Capable of doing deep debugging
Come up with innovative ideas for improve UI interface
Deep understanding of user interface designs
Team leading experience
Hire, coach, and grow a high performing UI team of talented engineers with diverse skill-sets.
Collaborate with the geo-distributed team to own and deliver projects end to end
Communicate across functional teams and drive engineering initiatives
Participate in architecture and technical design and drive product direction strategy
Qualification And Skills
Bachelors degree or equivalent in computer science
2-6 years of experience in any of the js framework (Angular/Vue/React)
Should be familiar with ES6
Should be comfortable with HTML5 CSS3
Should have good hands on experience in java script development
Should be comfortable with object oriented JavaScript
Hands-on experience on Azure cloud services is a plus.
Agile software development using industry leading toolset like JIRA, GIT, etc.
A passion for technology and insatiable appetite to learn, learn-it-all attitude.
Strong communication skills, ability to write technical docs and present ideas
