Team And Position Summary
Enterprise Business Services is investing in building a compact, robust organisation that includes service operations and technology solutions for Finance, People, Associate Digital Experience.
You will be responsible for building the digitalized experience, innovative products in Enterprise business solutions. Team is looking for an associate who will help us test next generation Walmart suite of products and platform by designing and building tests for highly scalable and robust cloud-based solutions.
Position Responsibilities
• Oversee all aspects of Quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
• Collaborate with product and cross teams in an agile environment and suggest appropriate changes with deep understanding of the product benefiting the end users.

• Define test strategy to deliver bug free products with development of automated test strategies with defined measurable metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to Design, Plan test schedules, strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates.
• To design, develop, manage and implement core features in Automation Framework for Web/App/API using Selenium, Appium, TestNG and Rest Assured.
• Expertise in handling automation using any open source tool.
• Understand the product and help team in finding RCA of critical defects in application.
• Work closely with the Engineers to achieve a high level of code coverage with Automation cases.
• Reporting, follow-up, Bug tracking and risks and escalations management.
• Participate and demonstrate expertise in Automation strategy along with contribution in framework development.
• Strive for excellence constantly to deliver quality product and test faster thought process.
• Participate to develop associates on best practices surrounding quality.
• Review, maintain and improve current automated software test methodologies and processes.
• Focus on establishing a Test Pyramid model for automation.
Minimum Qualifications
Position Requirements:
• B.Tech. / B.E. / M.Tech. / M.S. in Computer Science
• 7+ years of experience in Testing and Automation.
• At least 4 yrs hands-on scripting (automation) experience in Java
• 2+ yrs of Experience in Team and Project Management.
Additional Qualifications
• Excellent aptitude and reasoning with understanding of Software Testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Good at computer science fundamentals like data structures, Java, algorithms, design patterns
• Expertise in implementing Test Automation using languages like Java, and tools such as Selenium and TestNG
• Experience on testing Web services and API automation using RestAssured.
• Experience in Functional and Integration testing with cross browsers or products
• Exposure to Git, Jenkins, Maven, CICD Tools
• Knowledge on Appium- App Automation and SQL Database added advantage.
• Clear communication skills to work closely with stakeholders on Sprint/Testing strategy
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - including negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills; ability to prioritize, influence and persuade, without direct control.
• Practitioner of Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
