Our team plays a key role in processing large amounts of data efficiently with extremely low latency for further analysis and visualization, so that we can deliver the best experience for our members. What You Will Do in This Role
Review designs created by web designers; ask any necessary clarifying questions before starting on work
Write code to implement visual elements into various web applications
Create prototypes, mock-ups, and staging sites for review and feedback
Optimize websites and applications to ensure fast loading speeds
Develop and maintain unit testable code in several web applications.
Collaborate with members of the website team, including designers and back-end developers, to consistently improve functionality and user-friendliness of web applications
Write software that is secure and understand what tools to use to do so.
Produce quality documentation when needed for both a technical and non-technical audience.
Attend team meetings and participate in the discussions.
Resolve security and performance defects as well as ensure product quality.
Stay current with web application standards and all tools used in a standard web application development environment.
Contribute to the needs of the team, be it designing new modules, fixing the build, debugging a problem or researching a new feature.
What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role
BE / M Sc / MCA / Any Computer Related Degree
6+ years of experience in a front end development role
Understanding of the entire web development process, with an emphasis on front end design and development
Solid grasp of ReactJS,/AngularJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and various content management systems
Good understanding of core Java language would be nice
Knowledge of mobile application development (Android/iOS) is a bonus
Ability to interpret and implement web designs
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with designers, developers, and other relevant staff members or clients
Willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Flexibility to adapt to changing instructions and requirements
Must be a self-starter, capable of making the right decisions.
Understand the full SDLC.
Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software.
Good understanding of Cloud technologies
Maintains and enhances existing code with a focus on implementation.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrate a good understanding of RDBMS, No SQL.
Good problem-solving and organizational skills
Experience with agile development practices, specifically Scrum.
Languages: ReactJS/AngularJS, JavaScript, NodeJS, MongoDB, Python
Strong in unit testing practices with Junit/Mocking etc.
Cloud (AWS preferably) experience
Kubernetes and Docker experience
Jenkins or other CI framework
Code review tools
Familiar with static code analysis tools and their output
Jira and Confluence or similar collaboration tools
Excellent working in a collaborative team environment
