1) Proficiency knowledge on Acquring process
2) SHould be aware of Settlement and staging process with Banks and Scheme
3) Knowledge on Incoming/Outgoing files to VISA, Master , Rupay and AMEX Scheme
4) Added advantage to have knowledge on Interchange Cost calculation based on Scheme Manual
6) Process orientation and clarity of thoughts
7) Establishing relationships and maintaining contacts with people from a wide variety of backgrounds.
8) Demonstrates effective oral and written communication skills
+) Explore to Visa / MasterCard online / offline certifications will be added advantage
10) Should be Analytical and methodical
11) Ability to think out of the box
12) Excellent attention to detail and must be able to report any problems as quickly and accurately
13) Able to work under pressure
14) Capability to handle Team with minumum 5 resource
15) Sound knowledge of Payments Domain, Payment/switching, banking and finance domain
16) Experience with Jira test management tool.
17) Experiences in designing, describing and document test cases
18) Understanding the Process of SDLC, Bug Tracking, Ticketing
1+)Experience in multiple full release project life cycles
20) Ability to interact and coordinate with employees at different levels, different groups, and different geographical locations within the company
21) Addressing issues of Apps and Web Server related to Merchants & Interchanges & POS EDC terminal.
22) Proficiency level in in Oracle 12 C and above , PL/SQL is must
23) Basic Linux scripts is added advantage
24) Basic Python server side scripts is added advantage
