Job description
• To Lead manage and drive CMS & ENet Product & Sales at Regional level for the bank with the objective of meeting customer requirement and to jointly work with various business group in the bank for overall growth of CMS & Payment (Transaction Banking) New & Existing Clients.
• Ensure regional level scoping & sizing done for CMS, Payments and Dividend Business Opportunity for potential CMS Customers along with respective business group.
• Drive new and additional business and increase the Penetration / Product Holding for each customer and business segments.
• Ensure Digital transmission and adapt new age product offering has been offered across segments.
• Drive team to work on various channels for system integration and data transmission for stickiness and overall business growth.
• Ensure team follows with Central Product Team / BTG for implementation the New Product Offering and customization for Client changing requirement.
• Review client callings of the team and track the actionable for closure.
Required Skill Set :
• Must be Post Graduate Qualified with 5 to 10 years of experience.
• Understanding of working capital cycle / accounts receivables / Digital Product and payables accounting will be an added advantage.
• In depth Knowledge on CMS Products. Strong understanding of customer requirement and expectation and capabilities of co-coordinating with various internal /external teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Analytical Ability, Leadership Skill, Communication Skill, Team Building and Strong CMS & Digital Product knowledge and Customer Relationship.
