Job Description:

As a Senior Staff Nurse at Paras Healthcare, you will play a critical role in providing top-quality patient care while supervising and guiding a team of nurses. Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care at Paras Healthcare.
• Supervise and mentor junior nurses, providing guidance on best practices, patient care, and professional development.
• Administer medications, injections, and intravenous fluids, following physicians’ orders and hospital protocols.
• Monitor patient conditions, assess their needs, and develop appropriate care plans in collaboration with the medical team at Paras Healthcare.
• Assist in complex medical procedures, providing support to doctors and specialists as needed.
• Ensure that patient records are accurately maintained, documenting all care, treatment, and any changes in patient condition.
• Implement infection control measures and promote a clean and safe environment within the hospital.
• Lead regular team meetings and participate in hospital-wide initiatives to enhance patient care and safety at Paras Healthcare.
• Facilitate communication between patients, their families, and the healthcare team, ensuring that patients’ concerns and needs are addressed promptly.
• Stay updated on the latest nursing practices and participate in continuing education programs offered by Paras Healthcare.

Requirements:
• GNM/B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution; M.Sc. Nursing is preferred.
• A minimum of 4-6 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role, ideally in a multispecialty hospital like Paras Healthcare.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
• In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, patient care standards, and hospital protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with a multidisciplinary team at Paras Healthcare.
• Proficiency in using hospital management systems and maintaining accurate patient records.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple priorities.
