Responsibilities:

• Assist in complex medical procedures, providing support to doctors and specialists as needed.
• Ensure that patient records are accurately maintained, documenting all care, treatment, and any changes in patient condition.

• Lead regular team meetings and participate in hospital-wide initiatives to enhance patient care and safety at Paras Healthcare.
• Facilitate communication between patients, their families, and the healthcare team, ensuring that patients’ concerns and needs are addressed promptly.
• Stay updated on the latest nursing practices and participate in continuing education programs offered by Paras Healthcare.
Requirements:
• GNM/B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution; M.Sc. Nursing is preferred.
• A minimum of 4-6 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role, ideally in a multispecialty hospital like Paras Healthcare.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
• In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, patient care standards, and hospital protocols.
