Project Execution
To work independently on Design, engineering activities on Process & Electrical Automation projects.
To support at site at client locations for system commissioning.
Work on HMI, Database & Control Logics Configuration on different PLCS, Interfacing with SCADA and DCS projects. PLC Systems for Load shedding, load sharing logic, IED communications using IEC protocols, Relay & Switchgear Testing.
Co-ordinate with supplier for panel building related activities to get the desired quality hardware built.
Attend Customer callouts, fault diagnosis and troubleshooting remotely & at customer sites; Service calls & AMC support administration.
Planning of site work and coordinating site logistics arrangements;
Documentation and reports, as required to complete the tasks described above;
Shall be responsible to freeze Technical Solution for the project. Shall freeze bill of material & specifications for the required hardware/software.
Work closely with Customer to get Conceptual design approved from Customer
Ensuring Customer satisfaction all time
Knowledge
Be an experienced Engineer who can plan and solve problems independently;
Good knowledge / hands-on experience of working on ABB / Siemens / Rockwell PLC & SCADA systems.
Computer literacy and fluency in English is essential;
