Role will be based in India for 6 months and then permanently based in Malaysia Require 4-7 years of experience in direct and international tax ONLY Job Description Reviewing & analyzing the tax impact for any business model changes To keep update of the developments and analyzing its impact on the comp Ensuring proper monthly withholding of tax, subsequent payments and filing of quarterly WHT returns. Preparing Tax Audit report and Transfer Pricing Audit Report and getting it audited by the auditors. Filing of income tax returns of local and foreign group companies in a timely and efficient manner. Supporting projects to minimize tax risks and create tax related opportunities Preparing information for direct tax and transfer pricing assessments and representing before tax authorities. Computation of quarterly tax provision and advance tax. Compiling data for the related party disclosure note in the annual report. The Successful Applicant Chartered Accountant with 4-7 years in a direct and international tax role, preferably handling multiple geographies The candidate should be open to relocating to Malaysia after 6 months What's on Offer An opportunity to work with a large listed chemical manufacturing MNC
