Who We Want

We are looking for a Senior Tax Planning CPA who can step into a critical and evolving role. This position will collaborate closely with Wealth Advisors, estate planners, and other specialists to deliver proactive tax strategies, address complex client needs, and contribute to business development and retention efforts.

What To Expect

Design and implement sophisticated tax strategies for high-net-worth clients, including business owners, executives, and multi-generational families.

Partner with advisors on planning for trusts, charitable giving, stock options, real estate, and business succession.

Engage with prospective clients to identify tax opportunities and demonstrate our firm’s value proposition.

Provide technical leadership in a dynamic role with high visibility across the firm and external stakeholders.

Monitor tax law changes and provide guidance on implications for client portfolios.

Serve as a subject matter expert for internal teams and client presentations.

What You Need

CPA license required

10+ years of experience in tax planning, ideally in a wealth management, family office, or public accounting environment.

Proven track record advising high-net-worth clients with complex tax situations.

Strong communication and business development skills; ability to engage both clients and prospects effectively.

Comfortable operating in a role with evolving responsibilities and a high degree of autonomy.

Preferred Education and Experience

MST or equivalent advanced tax degree preferred.

The total rewards expected for this role include:

Starting annual base salary between $130,000 - $165,000.

Variable compensation potential (Bonus and/or commissions)
