Qualifications:
• 1.5 to 3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, specifically working on IT positions in US Staffing.
• Quick and focused individual with the ability to submit candidates within 30 minutes to an hour of receiving a position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience working with state clients.
• Strong understanding of identifying and screening genuine candidates, with the ability to detect fake profiles.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and employers.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT disciplines such as BCA, B.Tech in IT, or a related field.
Preferred (Not Required):
• Any experience with Engineering positions would be a plus, but not required.
