Job Description
· Person should know telecom/ISP equipment especially FTTH (Fiber-to-the-home) technology.
· Should be able to lay fiber optics cables, OLT, ONU, fiber splitter etc.
· Installation of FTTH Broadband services in residential/ business premises.
· Self-audit all work and ensure it meets all applicable technical and operational quality standards.
· Fresher’s may also be considered if they have the knowledge in telco/ISP domain.
· Planning of FTTH Network.
· Deployment/roll out of FTTH Network in our existing connected locations.
· Taking call care of Open Complaints/ Field Feasibility/Nodal/ Customer Care escalation etc .
· Responsibility of Repeat Complaints, Fault on New Installation, Training of Engineer.
· Need to Maintained Network Uptime, Fiber Cut Incident and Network & Site Hygiene.
· Responsible for 100% customer Service and maintenance of network element on field in the
· designated area.
· Ensure that the switches in the network are maintained as per norms.
