Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Technician (Operations & Maintenance) located in Indore. The Sr. Technician will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of construction equipment and machinery. Daily tasks include performing regular inspections, troubleshooting issues, conducting repairs, and maintaining logs of maintenance activities. The role also involves coordinating with other team members to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing construction equipment
• Proficiency in performing regular equipment inspections and maintenance
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in construction
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry is a plus
