Job Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads, close sales, provide customer service, or conduct market research. You will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals by maintaining high customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to customers to promote products/services and generate leads.
· Handle inbound calls from customers with inquiries or issues.
· Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interactions.
· Follow up on leads and conduct market research as needed.
· Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly.
· Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize sales efforts and share best practices.
· Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or a related field is a plus.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in a similar role.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Must have a background in the insurance sector and sales.
· Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills:
· Persuasive and goal-oriented.
· Patient and able to handle customer objections effectively.
· Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
· Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
· understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
