Work Location - remote, India
Work/Shift timings – 8 am-5pm CST (6:30 pm -3:30 am IST)
Interview round – 1 tech / 1 client
Project Duration- 4 months extendable
• Upgrade UCCE Platform from Version 12.5 to Version 12.6 SU2 on Side A/Data Center 1 & Side B/ Data Center 2
• Replace up to two (2) Cisco Unified SIP Proxy (CUSP) Servers (1 in each Data Center) with a Session Management Edition (SME) Servers
• Upgrade up to twelve (12) Enterprise Chat and Email (ECE) Servers
• Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) Components to include:
• Routers
• Loggers
• Administration Workstation (AW)/ Historical Database Server (HDS)
• Finesse
• Customer Voice Portal (CVP)s
• Cisco Unified Intelligence Center (CUIC)
• Peripheral Gateway (PG)
• Voice Extensible Markup Language (VXML) Gateways
• Ingress Gateways
• CVP Studio.
• Upgrade Like for Like (As-Is) in place.
• Production environments - Side A/Data Center 1 & Side B/Data Center 2
• Upgrade for to 371+ users to the new version and anticipated to be done in 2 change windows of 16 hours each.
• Detailed systematic procedures for solution implementation.
• Recommended implementation sequence and scheduling per the timeline for the proposed implementation.
• Rollback procedures (if any).
• xConfigurations for the relevant solution.
• Provide the Implementation Plan for review and approval.
• Provide written notification that the Implementation Plan Development Services are complete.
• Gather and review information from Customer for the purposes of drafting the Implementation Plan by:
• Conducting a 4-hour Remote Implementation Plan Development workshop to discuss the high-level implementation strategy and review and finalize all implementation scenarios based on the input from the Customer.
• Draft the Implementation Plan. The Implementation Plan shall be limited to the following:
