Job Description
Lead the design of engaging and user-friendly web and mobile interfaces, including creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, site maps, and high-fidelity prototypes.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to optimize and enhance the user experience across all our digital platforms.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative design solutions that align with our business goals and meet user needs.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards to ensure a consistent and high-quality design language across our platforms.
Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.
Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders and team members based on your research findings, industry trends, and UX best practices.
Stay updated with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies to drive innovative design solutions.
Skills Required
A strong portfolio demonstrating your UI design skills and creative thinking.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or similar.
Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping purposes will be a plus.
Ability to solve complex design problems, taking a broad, conceptual idea and turning it into a useful and enjoyable product for users.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
