We are currently looking for a Sr. US IT Recruiter. Kindly go through the below job description for more details.
Preference Immediate Candidates: -
Role & Responsibility:-
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• 2+ years’ US IT recruiting experience
• Effective negotiating skills
• Hands on experience in IT Recruiting - Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (C2C, W2 AND 10++).
• Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software programs
• Familiarity with online job hunting websites(Dice, carrier builder, etc)
• Candidate Should follow up on interview schedules & placing the consultants.
• Candidate has to get and maintain a good relationship with vendors, clients and consultants.
