Position Overview: We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with strong design acumen and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of design aesthetics, advanced technical skills, and a proven ability to manage and mentor teams. You will be responsible for overseeing the creative process, ensuring design quality, and delivering high-impact visual content that aligns with the company’s brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities
• Ideation & Briefing: Interpret creative briefs and generate impactful, original design concepts that meet business objectives.
• Design Sense & Aesthetics: Develop visually appealing designs with a sophisticated understanding of design principles and trends.
• Technical Expertise: Use Adobe Suite at an advanced level to produce digital and print designs, ensuring top-quality output.
• Specialized Design: Create high-quality compositions, color grading, and illustrations to elevate the design quality.
• AI-based Tools: Leverage AI-based design software like Midjourney, Canva, and Adobe Firefly to enhance the creative process and deliver superior results.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain a high standard of precision in all design work, ensuring alignment, typography, and visuals are flawless.
• Communication & Presentation: Present creative ideas and designs clearly and effectively to stakeholders and manage feedback constructively.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and content, to ensure cohesive design strategies and alignment with overall business goals.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and direction to foster professional growth and maintain high standards of design.
• Multi-tasking & Time Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
Preferred Qualifications
• Proficiency in any South Indian languages.
