Designation - Sr Visualiser
Location - Fort
Department : Digital Marketing - Designing team
Key responsibilities include building creative strategy and designing to a wide range of marketing materials and optimizing for online marketing :
- Ability to identify alternative design strategies, assess design viability and rapidly transform business requirements into a user interface design.
- Need to have a clear understanding of business goals and user behavior
- Designing Web pages, micro sites, corporate brochures, branding, logos, and newsletters
- Creative strategy and logos for customers and products
- Should be creative and responsible for concept/theme development.
- Create well-balanced and appealing designs/layouts within given parameters.
- Work with designers to implement designs
- Multi-task and prioritize projects to meet deadline
- Create design guidelines | checklists
- Moderate team management experience.
Pre-requisites/key characteristics and skills required :
- Creativity, Online Design Experience, and relevant job experience
- Out of the box thinking
- Experience of user experience, User Centered Design & Usability
- Hands on designing and creative skills
- Result-oriented and independent thinker
- Must be detail oriented and have the ability to deliver on time and work under deadline pressure
- Bachelor of Fine Arts or similar degree in Graphic Design.
- Web-based production and 3D software will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills and high degree of self-motivation.
- Specialization or experience in display designing or visual merchandising will be an added advantage
