Job Summary
The Sr. VP/VP HR will be responsible for calibrating and implementing suitable HR policies across all departments in an organization.
Key responsibilities include driving transformation strategies, policies, learning & development, team building, talent mapping, retention, acquisition, management, and monitoring social & labor performance across departments.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of related rules & regulations and be able to engage with industry stakeholders for continuous improvement.
They should also have experience handling critical factory labor rights cases and facilitating negotiations and resolutions between employers and workers.
