Retail Branch Banking / Liabilities Segment
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the PCARM team for the cluster.
• Design and implement strategic sales plans, including marketing activities, to help the team acquire premium new-to-bank customers.
• Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of Branch Banking teams.
• Built a strong team through hiring the right candidates from competing banks, following the prescribed hiring process.
• Responsible for achieving NTB, balances, fee income, and revenue targets on CA, TFX, WCF, and debit cards.
C. Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
Qualifications:
MBA/Post-Graduate/Graduate
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in Team Management role in the Financial Services Industry
D. Competency Requirements:
• a. Technical Skills:
• Financial Products knowledge: Good understanding of banking products (CA, TFX, WCF, Retail Assets)
• Team Management: Effective management of Sales teams through regular monitoring and performance tracking
• b. Behavioural Skills:
• Interpersonal skills: High level of communication skills - written and spoken
• Self-motivated and Goal-oriented
Key Performance Indicators:
• Ensure quality Current account (PCA) sourcing by team members
• Achievement of monthly targets wrt NTBs, balances, and cross-sell
• Identifying, interviewing, and onboarding of right-profile candidates as PCARM
• Guiding and motivating the team to ensure at least 75% of team members meet their targets and earn incentives
• Plan and implement regular Sales and marketing events and explore new avenues for business
• Revenue delivery - as per targets
