What you will do :-
Designing and developing high-quality, scalable, and maintainable backend solutions for our software applications.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Writing clean, efficient, and reusable code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
Optimizing application performance and scalability by employing efficient algorithms, caching strategies, and resource optimizations.
Performing unit testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and stability of the backend components.
Participating in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure compliance with coding standards.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to backend development.
What makes you a great fit :-
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
3 to 6 years of experience in back-end development
Proven experience as a Backend Developer, with a focus on building scalable and high-performance backend systems.
Strong proficiency in one or more backend programming languages, such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
Experience with backend frameworks and technologies, such as Spring Boot, Django, Flask, or Express.js.
Deep understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, as well as data modeling and database design principles.
Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration of third-party services.
Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and debug complex issues.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in an Agile development environment.
Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or GCP, is a plus.
