Job Description
What You'll do:
Participate in design, architecture and code reviews across different work streams
Be a strategic planner, with the ability to grasp the nuances of the business and can drive decisions with the Product Team
Craft pixel perfect components which are robust and highly reusable
Understand legacy code bases and refactor, by applying design patterns & best practices
Get mentored by Leading Engineers; also, mentor and train other junior team members on design techniques, and coding standards
Contribute to RnD for new stack research and better solutions
What makes you a great fit:
3-5 years of experience in web development
Good problem-solving skills, and logical thinking
Strong knowledge of JavaScript fundamentals, such as closures, prototype, callbacks, event loop, promises, Object oriented programming and Web concepts
Extensive knowledge of and experience with React and its core principles, and ReactJS eco-system (Redux, Immutable, React Query, Saga and other libraries)
Knowledge of newer specifications in ECMAScript (ES6, ES7)
Experience in Test-Driven Development (Jest, React Testing Library,Mocha, Chai)
Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
Good to have knowledge in Node / PHP
Open-source contribution is a plus
Good communication Skills & should be able to understand the requirements clearly
