The important thing is to develop a portfolio of work that can be demonstrated and to showcase how you have been keeping up to date with the latest trends in web design.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with graphics design software and wireframe tools.

Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and which in turn help us grow our customer base.
Responsibilities & Key Tasks:
✓ Illustrate design ideas, PDFs, PPTs, Other documents using storyboards, process flows and competition trends
✓ Gather and evaluate requirements in collaboration with our WEB & MARKETING Manager & of course Directors
✓ Design graphic user interface elements of all kinds
✓ Build page navigation buttons and search fields
✓ Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
✓ Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables)
✓ Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
✓ Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
✓ Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
✓ Adhere to UK Technology competition examples as standards on fonts, colors and images
Requirements: -
• Portfolio of design projects we can lay visuals on
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or a similar web/graphics design role for minimum 12- months.
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g., Wireframe.cc and InVision)
• Up-to-date knowledge of relevant graphics design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Team spirit: strong communication & creative skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• BSc in Design, Computer Science, or relevant field though not a must.
• Minimum 4 years of verifiable experience, with the right mindset is a must.
What to expect: -
✓ This will be a full-time office-based role
✓ The job involves spending hours at a keyboard and demands high levels of concentration.
✓ Full-time Location: Kolkata
✓ Working Hours : 1:30pm to 10:30pm - Monday to Friday | Alternate Saturdays till 6:30pm
