Knowledge of Base24 application and various interchange /technology such as visa ,MC ,Cashnet ,NFS ,MIP,EAS
Knowledge of non stop server architecture
Knowledge of HSM Functioning
• Have worked on monitoring system like ESQ
• Technical skill set on RDBMS,WAS,Weblogic,Jboss,Tomcat application servers
• Providing prompt incident support within defined SLA
• Incident monitoring and raised problem tickets for repeated incidents
• Incident recovery or resolution using workarounds
• Manage production incident and ensure timely preventive/ corrective actions for incident

• Disaster Recovery & Patching
Plan and execute DR drills for business applications
• production support background and should have detail knowledge of incident management cycle
• with ITIL certified would be preferred
• experience in SIT / UAT testing and production movement
• to coordinate with multiple parties like DBA, Server team, Security team, network team, AV team, Application development team etc
• be able to monitor vendor performance
• Review of POA incase of critical projects etc
Define SCP & BCP needs / solutions as per business needs

• Monitoring and running of planned Batch processes and UAT Testing
Be responsible for batch monitoring and job failures
• perform patches/releases UAT/SIT testing
deploy patches/releases in production

• Change & Release Management
Follow change/release process
• Be responsible to incident ticket logging, update status to all stakeholders
• Be responsible to close all audit observation
