Experience: 2-4 Years
Requirements and Skills:
Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in Bench sales in the US IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.
Well versed with Marketing Bench Consultants.
Experience working with OPT/CPT ,H1B, EAD, H1 Transfer, GC candidates.
Regular interaction with bench candidates and identifying their needs and getting them to projects accordingly.
Experienced with full cycle of Sales, sourcing the best requirement, submitting the consultants, negotiating the best rates, following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals.
