JD of New Sr. Cook: 1. All banquet orders Indian/Tandoor food production. 2. Rotational shift timings, as per requirements (7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, +am-6pm, 10am-7pm). 3. Next day production planning and mis-en place. 4. Innovative menu ideas. 5. Follow instructions and guidance from Executive Chef and Sous Chef. 6. Efforts to optimize cost and attention to speed and quality. 7. Ensure health and hygiene standards. 8. Maintain friendly work environment.
