Job Description
• Provide day-to-day operational support for cloud-based systems and services, ensuring high availability and performance for connected tools and outdoor products.
Monitoring & Incident Management
• Implement and manage monitoring tools such as Datadog and Mixpanel to proactively identify issues.
• Participate in incident response activities to ensure quick resolution with minimal service disruption.
Collaboration
• Work closely with development, security, and product teams to improve system reliability and security.
• Contribute to establishing and maintaining operational and security best practices.
Cloud Management
• Use AWS expertise to deploy, manage, and optimize services including API Gateway with Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, and frontend hosting on S3 + CloudFront.
