you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook products, Google products, and other relevant advertising channels. Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute effective performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Facebook
products (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads), Google products (Google Ads, Google Analytics), and other relevant
platforms.
2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, keywords, and trends, ensuring optimal campaign targeting and performance.
3. Create compelling ad copy and creative assets that align with campaign objectives and resonate with target audiences.
4. Implement tracking mechanisms and set up conversion tracking to measure and optimize campaign performance.
5. Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure cost-effective results and maximum return on investment (ROI).
6. Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimization to improve campaign performance, including ad variations, landing page optimization, and audience targeting.
7. Stay updated with industry trends, new features, and best practices for performance marketing across various platforms.
8. Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with overall marketing strategies.

10. Stay informed about the competitive landscape and conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and potential threats.
Requirements:
1.Experience in managing performance marketing campaigns, specifically on Facebook products (Ads Manager,
Business Manager) and Google products (Ads, Analytics).
2. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including ad targeting, conversion tracking, attribution models, and campaign optimization techniques.
3. Familiarity with other performance marketing channels, such as LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, affiliate marketing, or programmatic advertising, is a plus.
4. Proficient in using marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, or similar platforms, to track and analyze campaign performance.
5. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
6. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.
7. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling ad copy and effectively present campaign performance insights.
8. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn about new technologies, strategies, and industry developments.
