Talented Golang developer ( 4 to 8 years Exp Must) with experience in database and data pipeline-based systems. The Software Engineer will work with our software developers, database engineers teams, and someone who can keep up with ever-changing modern technology and write Go code that is scalable and modular.
Job Title: Software Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement efficient, scalable, and modular Go code.
• Understand how to create efficient and effective microservices that are testable
• Identify and fix bugs and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Work closely with a tight-knit team of developers across the front and backend stacks
• Create and maintain optimal data pipeline workflows using Golang.
• Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data, and Design teams to assist with data flow-related technical issues and support their data pipeline infrastructure needs.
Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge and working experience in building Golang-based data/API/data pipeline systems.
• Experienced with database systems (SQL/No-SQL) and cloud computing (desirable).
• An understanding of microservices and API design (desirable).
• An understanding of CI/CD, DevOps tools (like Jenkins, Docker, etc.) & related best practices. (desirable)
• Familiarity with SQL and writing queries used for front-end and/or data-intensive applications.
• Exposure to Source control like GIT
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
Personal Attributes:
• Very good communication skills.
• Ability to easily fit into a distributed development team.
• Ability to manage timelines of multiple initiatives
