Job Description
•Study/Review of Tender Documents, Scope of work, Drawings, BOQ, Specifications, Client requirement etc. from the tender documents for execution of Interior work.
•Actively participating in the Project weekly/Review meeting with Architect/Consultants/client/PMC while Execution is going on.
•Coordination with office for timely order placement and expediting dispatch of material to site as per project requirements
•Timely Coordination with Project Manager/Site engineers as well as sub-contractors for completing project in time.
•Checking, Running Bills of Subcontractors with actual measurements on site with certification. To help billing engineers for Preparation of our Running Bills as well as Final Billing and getting it approved from Architect/PMC/client. Coordinating with Client for timely processing of the submitted bills and ensuring the timely payment collection from client.
