Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Lead Frontend Engineer to join our team. As a Senior/Lead Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces, ensuring their responsiveness, functionality, and overall user experience. The ideal candidate should have 6-+ years of experience and expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React. Knowledge of frontend frameworks such as Ant and Chakra, as well as experience with Nginx and AWS cloud services, is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to understand and translate business requirements into effective and engaging user interfaces.
Design and develop high-quality, reusable, and scalable frontend components using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React.
Implement responsive and mobile-friendly designs to ensure optimal user experience across different devices and platforms.
Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency within the team.
Optimize application performance and ensure the frontend is highly performant and efficient.
Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues, identifying and resolving bugs or performance bottlenecks.
Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies, trends, and best practices, and actively share knowledge with the team.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of frontend applications in the AWS cloud environment.
Mentor and guide junior frontend engineers, providing technical leadership and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
6-+ years of professional experience as a Frontend Engineer, with a focus on JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React.
Proficiency in frontend frameworks, such as Ant and Chakra, is a plus.
Familiarity with Nginx for web server configuration and optimization.
Experience working with cloud platforms, particularly AWS services.
Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
Strong knowledge of web standards, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility best practices.
Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to lead and mentor a team effectively.
Strong understanding of mobile platforms and responsive design
