v Real Estate:
Ø Investigation of Title of Properties
Ø Prepare and issue Title Reports
Ø Prepare and issue Search Reports
Ø Due Diligence for acquisition of Properties
Ø Scrutiny and Reviewing various Legal Deeds and Documents and Revenue Records
Ø Drafting all kinds of Legal Deeds and Documents viz. Agreements, MOU's, Sale Deeds, Joint Venture Agreements, Development Agreements, Power of Attorneys, Agreement to Sale, Supplemental Agreements, Deeds of Assignment and Transfer, Deeds of Confirmation, Deeds of Correction, Deeds of Cancellation etc.
Ø Give Legal opinion on acquisition of Properties
Ø Independently handling legal matters related to land acquisitions, properties, drafting of Due Diligence Report (DDR) of properties, Title Opinions, Title Certificates
Ø Provide support for Bank APF and Project Approval from Banks
Ø Provide support for due diligence and co- ordinate with land owners, bankers
Ø Prepare and issue Legal Notices, Replies to Legal Notices and all types of client correspondence
v Litigation:
Ø Experience in handling Litigation inclusive of appearances before various courts viz. Civil Courts and Criminal Courts, Session and District Court, Consumer District Forums and Consumer State Commissions, RERA Authorities, National Green Tribunal (NGT) and interaction with various Government and Quasi-Government Authorities like District Collector, Revenue Authorities such as Talathi Office, Circle Office, Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO), Tahsildar Office, Directorate of Land Record (DLR) etc.
Ø Drafting all kinds of Deeds and Documents viz. Plaints, Petitions, Written Statements, Evidence Affidavits, Complaints, Rejoinders/Replies and various deeds and documents pertaining to Civil and Criminal Litigations, Revenue Authorities, Consumer District Forums and Consumer State Commissions, RERA Authorities
Ø Appearing, Arguing and Conducting Litigation matters
Ø Compliance with procedural laws to be followed during litigation
Ø Litigation support which includes follow up and discussions with senior advocates, Assisting senior advocates/ counsels, Attending court matters
Ø Give Legal opinion on legal issues
