salary : 4-4.5 lpa
Education Qualification
Work experience
1 to 2 years (1 Years in a capacity of MIS Executive and above) from 3rd party BPO or captive centers
Job Description
Should be able to prepare reports as per internal and external customers
Managing data base and adequate reports of the process
Real time tracking of process metrics by using tracking skills
Job Profile
Handling database management by using Advanced Excel tools
Should be proficient with Advanced Excel Formulas such as , Pivot Table, VLOOKUP’s, Conditional formatting,
count IF, Sum IF
Good analytical skills for MIS, nmber crunching & reporting to internal & external customers
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports sent
Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
Should be having sound knowledge about MS Office
Good at preparing reports on project performances
Good at ID management and attendance tracking
