Location - Pune (WFO)
We have been looking for and still looking for exceptional product managers. I will be a point of contact for shortlisting Product Managers resumes going forward. Please review the attached JD for the same.
Going forward in every resume or while talking to the candidates, please ensure that below things he / she get it and aligned:
• Real experience building a product by working closely with Product Design (UX) and Engineering teams (Tech).
• Experience working on UX - figure out what to build and why, wireframe it, and work closely with the Product Design team to turn wireframes into final designs.
• Ability to build crystal clear Product Requirement Documents and work with engineering to convert those into Sprint-level tasks and ensure everything gets done on time by staying on top of things and being available to engineering for any questions or clarifications.
• Work closely with QA to ensure the product is shipped to its highest quality with no critical bugs.
• Should NOT be a Project Manager or Scrum master who liaises between different teams and tracks all the work. We are looking for a true Product owner who is great at innovating on what already exists in the market and making it 10x better on UX, speed, and engagement fronts
