Job Description
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide high level design solutions that conform to the overall system requirements.
Primary resource person in converting business requirements and definition to system programming specifications.
Approve technical specifications for Analyst.
Design and write complex programs and system interfaces in accordance with client specifications.
Perform unit tests of system interfaces for complex programs prior to release of code for Quality Assurance testing.
Serve as first level for client interface by providing solutions or options to client problems/needs.
Member of interdepartmental project teams on large development efforts.
Provide on-call product support for complex projects.
May provide on-site CTI deployment support including software installation and training for on-site EUC personnel for CTI programming positions.
Assist in planning projects, assigning tasks, monitoring progress and providing status reports to upper management.
Perform investigation and research for system environments (i.e., reporting systems, switching systems, computer systems, etc.) to assist in resolving complex programming problems or identifying solutions to new business requirements.
Ensure completion of project within established timeframes.
Participate in training programs.
May serve as project manager for a group of Analysts or Associates with responsibility for the overall development of a project.

Must have skills:
• Strong C++ programming skills with 8+ years of Industry experience on Windows operating system.
• Working knowledge on Telecom and Network protocols like SIP, VoIP, TCP/IP etc.
• Working experience on REST Web Services design and development
• Working knowledge on multi-threading, inter process communication in real projects.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with IVR & speech applications would be preferred. IVR and Speech Domain Knowledge (ASR / TTS / MRCP / VXML / GRXML / SCXML / CCXML / SCXML / NLP / NLU).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and multi-tasking skills
• Hands on various design patterns and UML tools.
• Ability to independently manage and ensure delivery of projects/tasks in time, within budget, and quality
• Design and develop complex programs and system interfaces in accordance with product requirement

• Real working experience and involvement in various phases of SDLC including preparing HLD, DLD, FS in large projects
• Ability to work individually as well as in teams
• Excellent customer service attitude
Desired / Nice to have skills:
• Knowledge on scripting language such as Java scripting, Perl or shell scripting.
• Experience with Angular or React framework would be added advantage.
• Experience on IVR or CTI or Speech or Voice Based technology.
• Assist and guide technical specifications for Analysts.
• Must have proficiency with software applications like MS Word, Excel, Visio and Power point.
• Knowledge and demonstrated use of productivity enhancement / collaboration tools like Confluence, Wiki, Sharepoint, JIRA, Fisheye, Crucible and others.
