Role & Responsibilities
• Java developer responsibilities include designing and developing high-volume, low-latency
applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance depth knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the understanding of various
phases such as requirements, analysis/design, and development.
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code.
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
• Prepare and produce releases of software components and attend/ organize Client meets, as
and when required.
• Assist team members in requirements and design discussions and decisions.
Skills/Experience
Technologies
• EJB, Web Services, Maven, Gradle, Git, Jira, TestNG, Mokito, Hamcrest.
• Experienced on Core Java, MVC framework (Spring/Struts/JSF), ORM framework (Hibernate/JPA), GUI design (User Interface) – good knowledge of Jquery/CSS.
• Good experience of EJB, Web Services.
• Hands on experience on other Frontend technologies (Angu-larJS/JQuery).
• Must work well with others, both within and outside the team.
• Good to know technologies/tools like Maven, Gradle, Git, Jira.
• Good to know frameworks like TestNG, Mokito, Hamcrest.
• The individual should have the following competencies to succeed in this role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (telephone, written and face-to-face).
• Ability to understand business and suggest innovative solutions.
• Good interpersonal skills and organizing skills.
