Our team is growing, and we are currently seeking people to join us in the position of a Cleaner at our St George Hospital site Full Time.
The Position:
Cleaners provide services to all departments, wards and public areas
Safe handling of chemical and/or hazardous substances in the performance of cleaning duties
Identifying and recording any problems relating to cleaning services and/or safety
Decontamination of surfaces after the initial clinical waste spillage has been removed by clinical staff
Shift times - Monday- Friday - 6am - 2pm

Minimum Criteria:
You must be able to work within a 24/7 rotating roster
Evidence of immunisation for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Influenza, Tetanus, Pertussis, Diptheria, Hep B, Polio
Previous experience in a similar role within a health care facility is highly desirable
Must hold a valid Working with Children Card
Must have a Police Check
Demonstrate a positive attitude and drive to deliver strong customer service
Genuine interest in working with can caring for people
