We’re searching for a Staff Accountant to join our growing Finance & Accounting team and play a key role in driving our vision forward.

What You’ll Do:

As a Staff Accountant, you will support our period-end accounting cycles and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data. You’ll collaborate across departments to prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and support audits—all while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Core Responsibilities:

Prepare and record general journal entries with proper documentation and analysis.

Perform monthly reconciliations and variance analysis for balance sheet and income statement accounts.

Maintain sub-ledgers and validate general ledger control accounts.

Support internal and external audits, including SOX compliance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Assist in designing and executing internal controls.

Stay current with GAAP, FASB, and SEC standards and apply them to accounting practices.

Complete special projects and ad hoc analyses as assigned.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (preferred)

Experience: At least 1 year of general accounting or relevant business experience; manufacturing industry experience is a plus

Certifications: CPA license preferred

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial statement preparation

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills preferred) and other Microsoft Office applications

Familiarity with ERP systems (preferred)

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with a sense of urgency

Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
