Our client, a private equity firm, is looking for an experienced accounting professional to add to their growing team!

Responsibilities
• Prepare accounts receivable invoices and expense reimbursements.
• Manage accounts payable and review expense reports.
• Support tax filings and workpapers for various entities.
• Address tax and governmental notices.
• Record monthly general ledger entries for investments.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with monthly accounting close and quarterly fund mailings.
• Provide support to the Office Manager and other tasks as needed.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of accounting experience; public accounting is a plus.
• Experience with tax filings for partnerships and corporations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting/tax software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Discreet with confidential information.
• Excellent client service skills.
• Team player with independent work capability.
