Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Staff Accountant at Bering CPA Firm in Indianapolis, IN, with flexibility for some remote work. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for monthly and annual accounting, preparing financial statements and income tax returns, conducting financial analysis, and assist with payroll. The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams and external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.
Qualifications
• Financial Accounting, Financial Analysis, and Budgeting skills
• Experience in preparing financial statements and reports
• Knowledge of United States GAAP and proficiency in accounting software
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• CPA certification is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
• Open to entry level candidates
