About our group:
The SAP GRC Security Team is responsible for providing exceptional service to our end users. The team works collaboratively with the IT SAP teams to ensure that a high level of support is provided. The team is part of the IT Governance group which has responsibility and accountability for the effectiveness of the IT General controls, the IT SOX Program and IT Risk Management. The team is a global team supporting a complex, dynamic, and Global Organization.
About the role - you will:
• Provide reliable and exceptional support to our user base for ERP (SAP S/4 HANA, BW and other SAP systems)
• Be responsible for daily operational activities like troubleshooting, error handling, password resets, OSS messages, user IDs and fixing/adjusting SAP Roles
• Complete process documentation and quick user guides
• Guide and promote optimal use of technology to support the cost-effective delivery of business requirements within their area of expertise
