To Ensure Overall Equipment Availability More Than ++% Of Wagon Tippler & Cement Mill From Electrical Point Of View
Continuous monitoring of all equipments.
Maintain Zero Bd Of Wt & Cm
100% Availability Of Critical Spares
Reduction In Ot Hours Both At Wt & Cm By 25% (201+-20)
Proper planning of manpower and use of existing resource Regularly monitored
Bd Hours In Cm To Reduce By 20% From Level Of Fy 34 Hrs
Continuous Monitoring & preventive maintenance, spare planning
Maintaining Expenses
By Spare Management As Per Budget Sanctioned
Reduction In Utility Power By 5%
Through Engineering Contro Utility Power Consumption Was 1.01 U/Mt)
To Ensure Zero Fatality & Zero LTI against Work at height, Electrical Safety & CS, Vehicle movement related activities.-DFP
20% Reduction in TRIR 100% Compliance to COVID precaution SOP in respective area/site.
Carry out Job Cycle Checks (JCC) as per schedule
100% compliance of safety standards, recommendations of Black/Red corner notices, Incident investigations
Ensure 100% manpower is trained for given job and participated in tool box talk
Ensure 100% compliance to PTW/SWP before starting the work
Gap identified and rectified against safety standards to achieve 100% compliance
Involvement in safety improvement at site location through GRT.
Successful Completion Of Electrical Jobs During Annual Shut Down Including 7 Nos. Transformer Oil Filtration, 30 Nos.Lt Motor Overhauling, Odsy Maintenance & Lrs Maintenance.

To Take Two Nos Innovative Power Saving Project Apart From Other Project
