About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Node.js, TypeScript, React, and AWS services to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of scalable web applications, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
As a full-stack developer, you’ll be responsible for:
• Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain scalable AWS IoT/Cloud-based applications
• Design, develop AWS IoT/Cloud-based applications using Typescript, Node.Js. React
• Work closely with onsite, offshore, and cross functional teams, Product Management, frontend developers, SQA teams to effectively use technologies to build and deliver high quality and on-time delivery
• Mentor junior developers and support their professional growth
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
• Proactively Identify risks and failure modes early in the development lifecycle and develop POCs to mitigate the risks early in the program
• This individual be self-directed, highly motivated, and organized with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, and an ability to work on multiple projects and function in a team environment.
• Keep an eye on NFR’s and ensure our product is meeting all required compliances as per Carrier standards.
Requirements
We are looking for people who are
• Proven record of leading the team of at least 4 developers
• 8+ years of experience in full stack development.
• At least 3 years of experience in Cloud native applications
• Solid working knowledge of Typescript, NodeJS and React
• Thorough working knowledge in AWS, Lambdas, Microservices etc.,
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.", "Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Good Knowledge on Cloud security & security design control implementation
• Experience in developing APIs [Rest, GraphQL] and MQTT protocols.
