Who we want:

Stryker is seeking an experienced Staff Software Engineer to work on our initiative to modernize legacy applications by transitioning them to a containerized architecture suitable for both on-premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in software development, containerization, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, along with proficiency in Kafka, SQL databases, and cloud technologies. In this position, the successful individual will be responsible for contributing to the design and development of high-quality, enterprise-level products that are both scalable and resilient.
