Key Responsibilities
Serve as the technical point of reference for frontend architecture, performance optimization, and accessibility standards
Lead design and architectural discussions for frontend systems, making key decisions on frameworks and component architecture
Advocate for high-quality code delivery, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of software engineering experience, with at least 7 years in frontend development
Expert-level proficiency in modern JavaScript / TypeScript and deep experience with the React ecosystem
Significant experience in AWS-based cloud architecture environments
In-depth knowledge of modern software engineering practices and design patterns
Experience with AI-native tools that enhance productivity
