This pre series A startup founded in 2022 is looking to add a Staff Software Engineer to join their team. This company has identified a huge need in hospitals and healthcare to help modernize logistics for the nutrition and health of patients. They’re looking to help close the gap by developing a state of the art platform that reduces waste, reduce patient risk, and overall increase efficiencies for staff and logistics.

In this role you’ll have a chance to work with modern technologies such as TypeScript, React, Node, Postgres, AWS, and actively incorporate AI technologies such as Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, etc. You’ll be a key player in shipping end to end features, design scalable solutions, and define how AI can be applied to healthcare.

This role is hybrid in San Francisco

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of full stack software engineering experience

• Excellent understanding of React, TypeScript, Node, and API development

• Prior startup experience

• Ability to work cross functionally

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

• Cloud experience with AWS Lambda

• Experience with AI tools such as Copilot, Cursor, or ChatGPT

What You Will Be Doing

Tech Breakdown

• 50% Front End Development with React and TypeScript

• 50% Back End Development with Node

Daily Responsibilities
