We are looking for dedicated, compassionate, and skilled Staff Nurses to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Staff Nurse at People’s Hospital, you will play a vital role in delivering quality care to patients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and recovery in various departments including ICU, Emergency, General Ward, Surgery, Pediatrics, and more.
You will work closely with doctors, fellow nurses, and other medical staff to provide round-the-clock care and support, ensuring each patient receives the highest level of attention and treatment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to patients, including medication administration, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment.
Support doctors during medical procedures and assist in emergency situations.
Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care, medications, and healthy practices.
Maintain hygiene and infection control standards in the assigned area.
Observe and report changes in patients’ conditions to the medical team promptly.
Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure holistic care for patients.
Uphold hospital policies, safety protocols, and nursing ethics at all times.
Qualifications Required
B.Sc Nursing, General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM), or Post Basic B.Sc Nursing
Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with the State Nursing Council
Freshers are welcome to apply
Candidates with experience will be preferred for specific departments (e.g., ICU, Emergency)
