• Overall summary of the audit score, should meet the targeted values (Monthly)
• Documentation “Consent for all including Data privacy, dialysis prescription, medication prescription, handbooks (100% Compliance)
• Infection control (+0% Compliance)
• Reprocessing, BMWS, Machine maintenance, Medication Management, Complication
• Management & Concentrates PreparationAction and closure on NC’s (With in <7 days Operation NC’s and Clinical < 4 days)
• DRR, Consumption report, Monthly reporting,
• Efficiency (Support to Sr Tech/Clinic In charge to achieve minimum 80%)
• Cost optimization: Proper utilization of Consumable per treatment, Electricity, water, repair and maintenance cost etc. (Support to Sr Tech/Clinic In charge/Admin Executive to achieve the organization Goal)
• 100% adherence to EuCliD (Treatment completeness, LAB etc….)
• 100% adherence to Insite and Prato Insta processes.
• Update all the treatments in INSTA daily with 100% accuracy.
• Book GRN the very same day whenever material received with 100% accuracy.
• Timely Reporting Shift In charge/Centre Manager on any Matters.
• Complete the assigned task on time
• Follow the instruction of Shift In charge/ Centre Manager
• Patient Satisfaction survey score - Quarterly (Satisfaction rating minimum 4.5 out of 5)
• Patient Dropout and Patient Transfer (Should not be more than 3%)
• RQMT reporting (100% incidents as per policy need to be report to Sr Tec/Operations)
• LAB compliance (Serology should be done once in 3 months and Monthly LAB’s as per Nephrologist written prescription)
• Vaccination of patients (As per FMC policy)
• Support in Implementing and Achieving clinical KPI targets with collaboration with Nephrologist.
• Patient routine assessment
• Reprocessing
• Bio Medical waste
• Machine Disinfection and Maintenance
• Water Testing (Monthly/Quarterly/Half yearly)
• Monitoring RO functioning daily
• Accuracy in reporting (100% in DRR, Consumption report, Monthly reporting, Invoicing and payments)
• Execution of Marketing activities (100% compliance)
• Risk Management
• Crash cart maintenance
• Emergency Equipment maintenance
• Mock drill (Training will be provided)
• Ensure adherence to company’s time & attendance policy
• Close eye tab on hospitalization and minimization of patient hospitalization.
• Patient education on Fluid management, medication management and diet management.
• Ensure adherence to company’s code of conduct & Compliance
• Maintain the team camaraderie
